Day on the Hill - March 6, 2024

We appreciate your participation in the 2024 TNAAP Day on the Hill! This is YOUR chance to get involved and speak out on behalf of children and pediatricians. Whether you are new to the process or a “seasoned veteran”, your participation helps us make a solid impact with Tennessee legislators.

This important day of advocacy will consist of some general updates regarding current legislation, hearing from TNAAP leadership and our lobbying team (over coffee and light breakfast), a review of talking points for key legislation (and coaching on how to effectively manage your visits with legislators), meetings throughout the day with individual legislators in your district and group meetings with legislative leadership, attending legislative committee hearings, and debriefing with colleagues.

Participants should plan to arrive by 8:45 am for opening day briefings, etc. More information will be sent to registered participants as we approach the event.
