Citizenship Workshop Volunteer Registration - November 23, 2013

Volunteers needed: Become a Citizenship Coach!

We need volunteers for our Citizenship Assistance Workshop!  At our workshops we help immigrant families fulfill their American Dream of becoming citizens by providing assistance to apply for Naturalization at no cost for the service.

In order to ensure the workshop is a success, we require the assistance of dedicated volunteers who can donate their time and talents at the workshops. Volunteers must receive the proper training prior to participating in these workshops. That's where YOU come in!

 

MANDATORY TRAINING FOR FIRST-TIME VOLUNTEERS DETAILS:

When: Tuesday, November 19th

Training: 5:45 pm to 7:45 pm

Where: Casa Azafran, 2195 Nolensville Pike, Nashville, TN 37211


Please note: if you are a first-time volunteer, you must attend this training in order to volunteer at the 11/23 citizenship workshop.

The training will cover:

  • The N-400 Application for Naturalization
  • How Citizenship workshops work 
  • The basics on how to fill out/navigate the N-400 Application for Naturalization
  • The flow of a Citizenship Assistance Workshop
