Prior to joining thedatabank in October 2014, Marcos spent the last few years working with Twin Cites nonprofits teaching people to use technology. Before that he ran customer service at the Wedge Co-op. In his free time he likes to cook, read, and try to remember the Spanish from his childhood so he can raise his child bilingual.
Get to know Marcos a little better:

Money is necessary of course, but the most valuable compensation possible is knowing that the world is a better place because of my effort. thedatabank, as a social impact-based company, helps me bring that value to the workplace and not leave it at the door. My work history is defined by socially motivated organizations for one simple reason; it’s all about the mission.
