Spiritual Director Formation Program 2024 - 2025

The Ignatius House Spiritual Director Formation Program, Tending the Flame, is a unique spiritual direction formation program based on the principles and movements of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola.   We are offering a hybrid program with some residential requirements as well as Zoom classes.

The cost of the program is $4,000.00 and is all-inclusive of retreats, practicums and classes are covered.  (Financial assistance is available upon request).

Program dates: January 2024 - December 2025

In-Person components:

Two one-week residencies:

• January 7-14, 2024
  - Orientation to the Ministry of Spiritual Direction
  - Seminar on the 19th Annotation Retreat Experience
   
• During 2025 - One 8-night Directed Retreat Experience 
  - offered at Ignatius House January 23-31, July 6-14, or November 2-10, 2025

Supervised Directed Prayer Weekends:

•  3-Night: Thursday, May 30 - Sunday, June 2, 2024
•  5-Night:  Thursday, June 5 - Tuesday, June 10, 2025

Closing Retreat:

• December 12-14, 2025
