The day introduces mind-body practices that can help reduce stress, increase wellbeing and potentially improve clinical outcomes for those impacted by cancer. Learn mindfulness meditation and therapeutic yoga to assist the physiological and psychological healing of cancer at any stage of illness and recovery from illness. The Day is also beneficial for the loved ones of cancer patients.
