Tuesday Evening Stress Reduction Course TUESDAY EVENING ENRICHMENT The Mindfulness and Stress Reduction (MSR) training program systematically teaches the practice of mindfulness and its application to stress reduction, self-reflection and the mobilization of inner resources to support health, healing, cognitive performance and personal growth. Beginners welcome. The course is facilitated by Mark Dannenfelser, MA, LPC Mark is founding director of the Mindfulness Center of Atlanta where he teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cancer Care. He is a licensed professional counselor in private practice and an adjunct lecturer in the graduate theology program at Spring Hill College. Mark is a certified spiritual director, a registered yoga teacher, and a Contemplative Outreach commissioned presenter of the Centering Prayer method.
