You may wish to verify that your computer is ready to connect to the presentation before the live event.  You can do that by clicking this link:  https://umconnect.umn.edu/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm.  After about a minute or less, you’ll see the results of whether or not you need to make any adjustments in order to log into the webinar.  (The test just checks to see whether or not your version of Flash Player is supported, you can connect, your connection speed is adequate, and you have the correct version of Adobe Acrobat Connect.)
