Sound and Sensible Organics in Gulfport, MS

NCAT’s Gulf States office, in partnership with Quality Certification Services (QCS) of Gainesville, Florida, is offering a workshop about organic certification for producers in the Gulf States region. This workshop will take place in Gulfport, Mississippi, on Thursday, May 28, 2015.  

The workshop is intended to enlist new farmers and ranchers and help them learn how to become National Organic Program (NOP)-certified.  It will provide information and expertise to farmers interested in NOP and answer questions regarding organic farm practices and NOP certification.

Mississippi State University Harrison County Extension in Gulfport will be our host for this workshop.

There is no fee for the event and lunch will be provided.  You can register for the workshop below.
