This 1.5-hour course is designed to introduce the terms, topics, and resources essential to SBIRT. SBIRT stands for Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment. It is a comprehensive, integrated, public health approach to the delivery of early intervention and treatment for persons with substance use disorders, as well as those who are at risk of developing these disorders.

You may earn 1.5 continuing education (CE) credit hours from NAADAC or NBCC for completing this course. You will have the opportunity to pay for CE credits when the course requirements have been completed.
