We will follow up with written recommendations that help you use this tool to work more efficiently and effectively. The recommendations might include:
- Using the Databank in new ways – suggesting ways to use the software that could save you time or make it easier
- Cleanup – e.g. merging duplicates, standardizing data, marking bad addresses
- List enhancement – e.g. adding voter or wealth information to help you target/segment your database and better identify prospects
- Modification or customization of database fields to accommodate new information or expand your use of the Databank
- Custom reports to save you time, reveal trends and help you evaluate your fundraising and advocacy campaigns

- We will schedule a one-hour phone/web conference meeting to go over your Databank.
- You should be prepared to talk about what is and is not working for you, and what else you would like to do with your Databank.
- We will follow up with written recommendations and estimates if applicable.
- We will meet with you again to go over the recommendations.
