Sue Ponsford, Client Service Manager
Sue came to us from MAP for Nonprofits, where she was a circuit rider and network administrator for 6 years. Our resident political hack, she has managed two campaigns, worked on countless others, and served as both a Senate District chair and State Treasurer for the Minnesota DFL party. Bridget Kelly, Sales and Account Representative
Prior to working at thedatabank, Bridget worked for over 15 years in nonprofit development and special event management. She also had experience in the health and wellness field - working as a diet technician, fitness center staff and weight loss counselor. Bridget grew up in Minnesota, and has also lived in Taipei, Taiwan, where she was a Kindergarten teacher, and Portland, Oregon. Richard Matson-Daley, Database Manager
Richard was born in Trinidad and lived in Jamaica before moving to the U.S. to attend Macalester College. He graduated in 2004 with a BA in Computer Science. Melissa Imboden, Marketing Coordinator
Melissa joined thedatabank as a marketing intern in 2006 after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Marketing. She stuck around and is now thedatabank's Marketing Coordinator. She maintains thedatabank's website, is the editor of the monthly e-newsletter, and facilitates trainings for clients. Kate Flick, Business Manager/Client Care Specialist
Kate has been with thedatabank since its inception, as a part time bookkeeper and office manager. In 2011, she joined thedatabank full time and added client care to her list of invaluable skills. Kate is an avid runner and enjoys scoring deals at thrift stores. She is also thedatabank's office psychologist and can typically guess a person's Myers Briggs personality type within 15 minutes of meeting them. Adam joined thedatabank as a data management intern in 2008. After a short hiatus, he returned to thedatabank in November of 2009. He recently graduated from Macalester College with a B.A. in Computer Science. While at Macalester, he spent several semesters volunteering with community and adult learning centers. Amanda Bingham, Communications Specialist
Amanda joined thedatabank in January 2011 as a Marketing Intern. She graduated from Minnesota State University - Mankato in May 2010. While there, she worked at the campus radio station as a radio show host, student news director, and public relations assistant.
