New Menu, New Color Theme for The Databank

SYBNT Report Now Available for Fundraising Clients
A new Fundraising report is now available in the Databank, that allows you to see all donors who have given some year, but not in the last 12 months. This report (which can be found under the Reports menu), is helpful for your organization to target some past donors and turn them into current donors.
Searching Members Whose Contributions Have Been Soft Credited
You will now have the ability to search on members whose contribution has been soft credited. Soft Credits are now more tightly tied to your fundraising efforts. This means you can now identify all the people who, for example, donated to the end of year fundraiser and had their gift soft credited to staff. That way you can have the staff member follow up with those individuals personally, and send a PowerMail to the rest. You will also be able to find people who have donated over a certain amount due to Board Fundraising or those who have had an Employer Match on a donation. This new functionality is now available on the search screen for Soft Credits. The default option of “Members who have soft credits” is how the system had always searched, but now there is the option to find “Members who have soft credited contributions”.
