Advanced Data Entry

Don't waste time entering new records or contributions one by one. Advanced Data Entry speeds up your data input with rapid data-entry and self-serve file imports.

First, it includes a bulk data entry mode, enabling the user to create multiple entries in a worksheet-style page. A higher level user can review and approve the data before it is posted. The Databank alerts the user to possible duplicate entries, and you determine how the new information is merged with the old.

Second, Advanced Data Entry gives you the power to automatically import lists into your Databank. The lists can be marked for temporary use, or permanently added to your Databank with a unique source code that you select. Built in duplicate processing makes it easy to merge the lists in.

Coalitions

Essential for coalitions, chapters and affiliates. The Coalitions Power Tool facilitates sharing a Databank, while protecting the privacy of each list. Top level users have access to the entire database system, and Organization level users have access to their own subset of data and functions.

Grassroots advocacy coalitions have long used the Databank and our Advocacy module to send a unified message to all of their supporters. Email addresses are stored in one master Databank, and each organization has private access to its own members. When it's time to send an Action Alert, a top level user can send a message to all members of every participating organization, eliminating duplicates and tracking responses for the coalition, each organization, and even each individual.

Chapter organizations also enjoy the benefits of a shared Databank with unique access for each chapter to manage memberships, volunteers and communication. Headquarters can see top level reports and send mail or email to all members, while chapters can be granted access to their own records of membership dues, donations, local volunteers, and email news.

Households

Say goodbye to your household headaches. Tracking household members is tricky in most relationship management databases. But not with the Databank!

With the Households Power Tool, you can track all the details you need about each individual - contact preferences, cell phone, email address, interests, availability, voter history, you name it. And you can also track households. This is especially useful when combined with our optional Fundraising module. Track household giving, search and run reports by household, and set up a mail merge to do thank you notes - one per household.

Simply create a Household relationship between household members, and you have a powerful link that enables you to update contact information for an entire household in one step. When you're viewing one record, other household members appear prominently on the screen.
