The Databank is a relationship management database, used to store information about constituents and communicate with them. Far from a basic system, your Databank comes with all this:

• Personal Information - Customized tracking of name, address, contact info, categories, contact preferences (e.g. do not mail, unsubscribed email), and other items designed according to the client's preferences and needs.
• Contact History - Track detailed communication histories for each individual or organization in your Databank. Stores date of contact, who made the contact, contact method, and a note.
• EZ-Query - Quickly search by first name, last name, email address, company/organization, or ID number.
• Advanced Search - Easily search by virtually any field in your Databank! Search modes include New, Filter, Add, and Remove.
• Saved Search - Save time by saving your multi-step search, give it a name, and replay it at any time.
• Roster Report - Create your own list report based on information in your Databank. Print the report from your screen, copy and paste into a spreadsheet, or create a downloadable text file.
• Export (download) - Create files in a variety of formats, compatible with other applications such as accounting software.
• User Account Management - Detailed permission levels can be established for different user accounts. One user account is always included with the Databank and you can add more at any time.
• Duplicate Management - Identify potential duplicates by five different methods, then specify exactly how you wish to merge the records.
• Relationship Tracking - Create relationships between records in the Databank, such as family members or coworkers, linking their names.
• Bulk Email - A bulk email tool is built right in! Send personalized text emails to any selection of people from your Databank. Unsubscribe requests and bounces are handled automatically.
• Bulk Text Messaging - A 160-character message can be sent to any selection of people in your Databank, as long as they have opted in and indicated their mobile service provider.
• vCard Integration - Export member contact information into your personal address book. Contact information can be exported for a single record, or a selection of records all at once.
• User Guide and Support Link - Each Databank contains a Help menu with a detailed User Guide and Support Link. Phone and email support is unlimited at no extra cost.
