With the Databank, you can create an unlimited number of user accounts with individually defined levels of access to the system. Users can be granted access to specific groups of records within the Databank. Permission can also be defined for certain fields and functions in the Databank.

Here are some examples:

• Marilyn is a Development Director. She has full access to donor tracking, but no access to publish Action Alerts.
• Ted is a Communication Coordinator. He does targeted email marketing, but donor histories are hidden from his view.
• Josh is a Campaign Volunteer. He does data entry, but is prohibited from downloading the supporter list.
• Yumi is a Board Chair. She has read-only access to members' contact information so that she can personally contact major donors.
