Duties:

  • Meet with clients to determine database setup needs
  • Prepare data migration estimates for potential clients
  • Work with lead staff to build client databases
  • Assist with tech support requests
  • Perform beta testing for new products and upgrades
  • Standardize data for upload
  • Build and document processes for data migration

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Understanding of and experience with relational database management systems
  • Ability to work with clients on planning database systems specific to their needs
  • Proficient with various database management software (Access, FileMaker, MS SQL)
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes for manipulating data
  • Proficient with MS SQL database tools
  • Understanding of VB Script & Classic ASP languages and tools a plus
  • Speaks articulately and confidently, writes clearly with correct grammar
  • Interest in nonprofit and/or political organizations

Hours:  Flexible hours to be worked during thedatabank's normal office hours of 8 AM to 6 PM. This is a paid position.
