New Saved Search Function - be a beta tester!
Saved Search allows you to save your search criteria, name the search, and replay it at any time. You can even edit the steps in your search. We're excited to introduce this fantastic new feature, and we need clients to do a final round of "real life" testing to make sure we haven't missed any bugs. You'll get a user guide and there will be no additional charge for access to Saved Search .
To get started, send an email to sue@thedatabank.com .
Welcome to these new clients:

They will use thedatabank's full suite of data management and communication tools.
Tip du Jour
Problems with email bounces?
We have noticed a recent increase in the number of bounced emails. We suspect this is due to recent changes in spam filters used by popular email providers (AOL, MSN, etc). Our technical experts are monitoring the situation and investigating ways to ensure thedatabank can continue to provide the high level of deliverability our clients are accustomed to.
Though thedatabank and our clients have no control over how these filters work, you CAN control many aspects of your bulk email messages and make them more likely to get through. Read this tip sheet for more information:
