Bounce Counts in PowerMail and Advocacy 12/18/07
The results pages in PowerMail and Advocacy now provide soft bounce, hard bounce, and total bounce counts and percentages, with links to select the members who had the bounces. You can find this at the bottom of the report, below the number of opens, clicks etc.
Text Email Enhancement 7/31/07
Basic text email (Selection -> Email) is now being sent through StrongMail, which has many benefits. A user's computer will free up faster after sending a message, it allows users to put merge fields in the subject line, and has better handling of delivery failures, resulting in fewer messages in your inbox.

New HTML editor works on Macintosh, Firefox - After an exhaustive search and extensive testing, we've settled on what we feel is the best HTML editor for our clients. It went live on Friday June 15th , and so far we have gotten enthusiastic feedback about it
Click-through Tracking Now Available in PowerMail
We are excited to announce that click-through tracking is now available with thedatabank's e-Marketing Module. When setting up a hyperlink, a user can simply name that link to set up the tracking. After sending, view the Results to see the number of recipients who clicked each named link, and drill down to select the list of people.

Bulk Member Upload Puts File Imports in Your Hands - thedatabank announced today the release of a Bulk Member Upload feature. This self-serve file import tool is part of thedatabank's Advanced Data Entry power tool. Prior to the addition of this new feature, clients had to wait for thedatabank to do bulk member uploads for them.
Enhanced e-Marketing Module makes PowerMail Even More Powerful - Clients who use thedatabank's e-Marketing module for sending PowerMails are about to see a significant improvement in their ability to track the success rate of their bulk emails
Two New Features Released Today - thedatabank is pleased to announce the release of two new features today. The first is Bulk Member Upload. No longer do clients have to wait for thedatabank to do bulk member uploads for them.
The Three Disciplines of Successful Non-profits: Tom Kingston, president of the Wilder Foundation gave the Keynote Address for the Carlson School of Management's First Tuesday Lecture Series on Dec. 5th, 2006. The Wilder Foundation is a non-profit health and human services organization that has been serving St. Paul, MN since 1906.
New Feature: Schedule Emails to be Sent - You asked for it, you got it! Clients told us they would like to write an email message, then schedule the date and time it will be sent. Now, with thedatabank's e-Marketing Module , you can do just that. From the Publish screen, choose "send later" and fill in when you want your message sent. (1/07)
