New Online Tutorials Added
We recently added a couple new online tutorials to our YouTube page. The new tutorials are on Managing Subscriptions with your Databank and Subscription Management: Setting up your Publications. These tutorials can be played on demand and were designed to supplement our live trainings.
Enhancements to the Pledge Search Functionality:
- "Balance due" has been reworded to "Amount due now" to avoid confusion about the time frame for an amount's due date.
- There is now an option to search for "Total amount paid" to find people who have paid above or below some amount on their pledge.
- There is now an option to search for "Total amount outstanding" to find people who still owe an amount on their pledge, whether or not any of the money is actually due right now.
