Registering a Brown Bag Lunch Vigil (BBLV) assumes PDA membership, creating a record for the organizer in PDA's database if one is not already there. There is no cost for becoming a PDA member, nor are there any commitments to activities other than the BBLV. If you are not already a PDA member, please fill out the Organizer address information requested below.

Please write a description of your BBLV to be used on the PDA Calendar for this and all future vigils. Give your reasons for holding it and state your goals for it, i.e., getting your representative to sign on to HR 5015 and HR 2404. Give details about what you want participants to bring with them. Make note of any transportation or parking instructions. You do not need to put in the date, time, or location, unless explanation is required.
