Coalitions
Essential for coalitions, chapters and affiliates. The Coalitions Power Tool facilitates sharing a Databank, while protecting the privacy of each list. Top level users have access to the entire database system, and Organization level users have access to their own subset of data and functions. Grassroots advocacy coalitions have long used the Databank and our Advocacy Software Module to send a unified message to all of their supporters. Email addresses are stored in one master Databank, and each organization has private access to its own members. When it's time to send an Action Alert, a top level user can send a message to all members of every participating organization, eliminating duplicates and tracking responses for the coalition, each organization, and even each individual.
Chapter organizations also enjoy the benefits of a shared Databank with unique access for each chapter to manage memberships, volunteers and communication. Headquarters can see top level reports and send mail or email to all members, while chapters can be granted access to their own records of membership dues, donations, local volunteers, and email news.
