How the Program Works
Because many of our clients start out as referrals from other clients, we want to show our appreciation for our happy clients who spread the word about thedatabank. The Client Referral Program works in two ways:
1. You provide information about the potential customer. Information supplied to thedatabank should include full contact name, organization name, phone number and email address for each organization referred.
2. The potential customer contacts thedatabank directly. In this case, the customer should provide the name of the referring individual or organization to their sales representative.
It's as easy as that!
Here is what you will receive:
Just for making a qualified referral, you will receive a $25 gift certificate for the Global Exchange Online Store, redeemable for fun merchandise like organic chocolate, coffee, and apparel. Please note there is no limit on how many referrals you can make.
If the organization that you referred becomes a Databank client, you will receive a second prize, a gift basket from Global Exchange.
*Qualified referrals cannot be current clients of thedatabank or organizations that have been directly contacted by thedatabank in the last 6 months. Participation in this program is strictly voluntary. Terms and conditions of the Client Referral Progam are subject to change without notice.
